M. Minasian: "If the Prosperous Armenia and Bright Armenia Parties Do Not Nominate Their Prime Minister Candidate, They Have Agreements with Nikol"

The current political forces positioned as "OPPOSITIONAL" but negotiating with Nikol have a chance to prove that they are genuinely in opposition if they nominate their candidate for prime minister. If they do not nominate their candidate for prime minister—again, I emphasize not my candidate but theirs—then they have all types of agreements with Nikol, and to be convinced of this, one merely needs to look at the facts.

This was stated by former Armenian ambassador to the Vatican, Mikayel Minasian, on his Facebook page.

“Today is the so-called citizen's day, and the mysticism-believing aberration is likely to give a fiery speech and fake resignation shortly. I congratulate 'My Step,' 'Prosperous Armenia,' and 'Bright Armenia' for being able to jointly lead the country, which is mired in blood and chaos, into an election phase—under the leadership of a treacherous situation,” Minasian noted.

“Before the three forces attack me, saying how bad I am, I want to mention that the current political forces, which are positioned as 'OPPOSITIONAL' but are negotiating with Nikol, have a chance to prove that they are genuinely in opposition if they nominate their candidate for prime minister. If they do not nominate their candidate for prime minister, I repeat—not my candidate but theirs—then they have all types of agreements with Nikol, and to be convinced of this, one merely needs to look at the facts.

The facts are these:

1. They agreed to take the country to elections.
2. They agreed to change the electoral legislation based on Nikol's unilateral decision.
3. They agreed to be part of a theater where Nikol Pashinyan will fake the elections.

And if Prosperous Armenia and Bright Armenia do not agree to all this, then they must nominate a candidate for prime minister. Otherwise, they will forever become an accomplice to the treacherous aberration, an ally, and then a victim.”
