Part of Musicians Refuse to Perform at Concert Organized by Pashinyan: Mediaport

According to Mediaport, there is a tense situation at the Sports Concert Complex. Some of the musicians scheduled to perform at the concert set for 20:00 this evening are refusing to play. They claim they were not informed in advance that the event was organized by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is referred to in the invitation as 'his excellency'. The musicians do not wish to participate as they fear becoming targets of public disdain.

The musicians are influenced by a widely circulated flash mob on social media, which states that all participants at the concert—organized by Pashinyan, who is accused of surrendering Artsakh and causing the deaths of 5,000 soldiers—will be considered accomplices. Currently, the Ministry of Culture is seeking substitute musicians to prevent the concert from being a failure.

It is worth noting that Tigran Mansuryan's 'Requiem' is set to be performed at the Karen Demirchyan Sports Concert Complex.
