According to the same reports, behind all of this stands the discreet Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan. The source informs that all these actions are being taken to please Mr. Grigoryan as much as possible since he is doing everything in negotiations regarding the unblocking of roads exactly as directed by the heart of his leader.
