Pashinyan Negotiates with BHK: 'Hraparak'
The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports: 'On March 11, newly emerged opposition figure, the leader of the 'Third Force' party, Artak Tovmasyan (also known as Davini Artak), literally stated: “Within 44 days, we will achieve the resignation of the government.” Tovmasyan's promised deadline is tomorrow, April 24, while the government seems unwilling to resign until then. Furthermore, Tovmasyan himself has already found himself in the pro-government camp.
Our sources within the government assert that Nikol Pashinyan's formal resignation is also likely to occur after April 24. Moreover, we have even received reports that following his return from Syunik, Pashinyan has had a change of heart and is negotiating with the BHK (Prosperous Armenia Party), desperately wanting to form a coalition with Gagik Tsarukyan and cancel the elections.
It is becoming increasingly evident that neither the campaign can be conducted fully, nor does he hold as much support as is being suggested to the public. Especially after the events in Syunik, he is on the brink of losing his credibility.' More details can be found in today’s edition of the newspaper.
