It is Possible to Send a Russian Admiral General to Artsakh Instead of Muradov: 'Hraparak'

The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports: 'General-Lieutenant Rustam Muradov, the commander of Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh, who has been in Russia for a few days, has been awarded a medal for services rendered to the homeland (За заслуги перед отечеством). Soon, the six-month term will expire since Muradov has been the commander of the regiment of Russian peacekeepers stationed in Artsakh.

According to the contract, the Russian authorities can change the commander after the six-month period, but this is not an imperative requirement. Judging by the fact that he has been awarded a medal, the Russian authorities are satisfied with Muradov's service, and it is not excluded that a change in command may not take place. Although there are discussions in Artsakh that it is possible to send a Russian admiral general instead of Muradov.'
