Security Forces Brutally Humiliate Goris Deputy Mayor Menua Hovsepyan, Claims Mikhail Minasian

Mikhail Minasian wrote on his Facebook page: “Today, by order of Nikol, security forces have brutally humiliated Goris Deputy Mayor Menua Hovsepyan. They spat on him and beat him. And they recorded everything to soothe the heart of a leading degenerate.

I publicly promise two things:
- I will spare no effort and means to find those who carried out this act. All those who have information about the spitters, the assaulters, the humblers, and the organizers of this act are kindly requested to send it to me via private message. We will pursue all of them. As for the mastermind behind this, everything is clear, the address is also known.
- The organizers and executors of today’s atrocities will not go unpunished; they will not be humiliated because democracy will be established in Armenia, and they simply will not be forgiven.

Since 2018, Armenia has gradually transformed from a semi-democratic country into a 'semi-dictatorship'; and starting yesterday, dictatorship was officially established when, by the orders of a soulless degenerate, human dignity began to be humiliated, and the recording was sent to the person.

PS: There are many similar historical cases. Muammar Gaddafi made his political opponents tortured by the secret police so that they could be filmed, and he spent his evenings watching them.
