Why has Vagharshak Harutyunyan visited the Supreme Judicial Council?

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "Yesterday, Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan arrived at the Supreme Judicial Council. A Toyota Land Cruiser 200 SUV with license plate 0001 belonging to the Ministry of Defense was parked in front of the Council building, accompanied by the minister's security staff and another accompanying SUV.

We tried to find out why a representative of the executive branch visited the highest body of the judicial branch, but we received no response from the Supreme Judicial Council. Most likely, Vagharshak Harutyunyan came to meet with Gagik Jhangiryan, who has recently 'occupied' the position and office of the Council President Ruben Vardazaryan and already considers himself to be the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, to discuss, say, the case concerning Onik Gasparyan, which is being examined in the administrative court.

It is also possible that V. Harutyunyan came to consult with Jhangiryan, who has great experience in 'organizing' elections, about registering the military votes in favor of the authorities on June 20. In the first case, it involves elements of interference in justice, while in the second, it pertains to electoral fraud."
