VIDEO: 18+ "Hey, you are the capitulator". Prime Minister to Citizen

Today, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is in the Syunik province. Despite the fact that residents were blocking his path, he got out of the car and participated in a march. During the march, one of the citizens shouted, "Nikol is the capitulator," to which Pashinyan responded, "You are the capitulator." The citizen retorted that it was Pashinyan who signed the documents and that they had signed no documents.
