Where Was PACE When Our Soldiers Were Being Slaughtered Live? Ruben Melikyan
Starting yesterday, the servants of the Turks have raised an outcry in PACE concerning the voting of Russian MPs on the issue of Armenian prisoners of war. Human rights defender Ruben Melikyan wrote about this on his Facebook page:
“Firstly, the issue of Armenian prisoners was not voted on separately, but in the context of the entire agenda, including highlighted anti-Russian issues. Secondly, where was PACE when our soldiers and civilians were being slaughtered 'live'? Was there nothing to discuss back then? Or was Navalny's seasonal headache more important than the obvious aggression, massacre, exile, and destruction of thousands of years of culture? Thirdly, does anyone think that our prisoners will be released based on a PACE resolution? Is there even a single person who thinks like that (excluding the Soros supporters - they 'think' what they are dictated from abroad)? In short, I have personally lost trust in European institutions. Let them rot in the writer's box,” he wrote.
