Tsarukyan's Campaign Creates Great Stir: 'Fact'
'Fact' newspaper writes. 'We have informed that the electoral program of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) is already prepared, which, according to our information, has been personally drafted by the party leader Gagik Tsarukyan. Recently, Tsarukyan met with representatives of the BHK youth union and presented several provisions from the preliminary version of the program, which relate to students and young people.
During the meeting, particularly discussed was the issue of tuition fees, which is currently one of the most painful issues in our country. Tsarukyan stated that their program provides for a system that operates in several European countries, where the state signs a contract with the student, ensures their education, and subsequently their employment, with the student repaying that debt within five years after graduation. This will allow no one to be deprived of education due to their social situation, and on the other hand, people will not have to take out loans with high interest rates to pay for their tuition fees.
'Fact' newspaper has learned that this idea has created a great stir not only among current students and their parents but also among those whose children will become students in the coming years.
Furthermore, according to our sources, the BHK is preparing very seriously for the election campaign, and there will be surprises. However, they refuse to disclose what surprises are in store at this moment.
