Man Who Killed 40-Year-Old in Minibus Turns Himself in to Police

On April 20, 58-year-old Garegin Baghdasaryan, a resident of Artashat, voluntarily presented himself at the Artashat police station. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, he is suspected of murdering 40-year-old Armen Hunanyan from Yerevan on April 14, in a Gazelle minibus servicing route number 54, by delivering three knife stabs.

After the murder, he fled the scene. A criminal case was initiated against him, and he was placed on the wanted list. According to the source, he will be transferred from the Artashat police station to the central police department, from where he will proceed to the investigating authority.

It is worth recalling that on April 14, a 58-year-old man fatally stabbed 40-year-old Armen Hunanyan with three knife strikes in a Gazelle minibus on route number 54 in Yerevan.
