Azerbaijanis Move 370 Meters Forward in Nor Ghazanchi Area
Azerbaijanis have advanced 370 meters from their positions near the administrative area of Nor Ghazanchi village in the Martakert region. In an interview with 'Aparaj,' Nor Ghazanchi community leader Ruslan Arastamyan noted that this advancement occurred overnight.
“Their position was located 1.5 km below the Vank-Drmbo intersection. They have moved their second position forward. We verified with GPS that they have come 370 meters closer and established themselves. During negotiations with the military, the Azerbaijanis demanded that two Armenian positions be moved back 300 meters towards the village; in return, they said they would also withdraw,” said Ruslan Arastamyan.
Temur Arastamyan, a resident of Nor Ghazanchi who was present at the negotiations, mentioned that they had set up tents overnight. According to him, the Azerbaijanis explained their advance as fulfilling an order.
Reports indicate that high-ranking military officials from the Artsakh Defense Army and the head of the Martakert administration were present at the negotiations.
