Turkey Approves Production of Russian 'Sputnik V' Vaccine
Turkey has approved the production of the Russian 'Sputnik V' vaccine against the coronavirus, announced Dr. Afshin Emre Kayipmaz, a member of the coronavirus scientific council. This was reported by TASS, citing the local Yeni Safak newspaper.
“Certain trials have been conducted during the vaccine production phase in Turkey, and after the relevant inquiry, the company received approval related to this process,” he stated.
