Rescuers Retrieve Vehicle from Arpa River

On April 18 at 19:08, the Vayots Dzor regional crisis management center received a report that a Lexus vehicle was trapped in the Arpa River near the "Harsnasar" restaurant complex, and that rescue assistance was needed to extract it.

A firefighting and rescue unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' regional rescue department dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers managed to retrieve the Lexus vehicle (driver: A.H., born in 1985) from the Arpa River, near the 111th kilometer of the Yerevan-Meghri (M-2) highway.
