One of the injured in the Vanadzor-Stepanavan road accident has died

One of the injured in the accident on the Vanadzor-Stepanavan road has died, as reported by Shamshyan.com.

As previously mentioned, the tragic accident occurred yesterday, on April 18, around 18:00. At the 1st kilometer of the Vanadzor-Stepanavan road, Ashot Ghazaryan, a 34-year-old resident of Bazum village, crashed his VAZ-2121 vehicle into a Mitsubishi Pajero driven by 68-year-old Armen Amirzhanian from Vanadzor, as well as a Volkswagen vehicle driven by 43-year-old Hmayak Gabrielyan, a resident of Urut village in the Lori Province.

As a result of the accident, the Mitsubishi flipped over. A. Ghazaryan was hospitalized with injuries at the military hospital in Vanadzor, while his passengers—a 57-year-old resident of Bazum, Anahit Ghazanchyan, and 11-year-old Inesa A. and 15-year-old Alisa A. from Vanadzor, who are sisters, along with 59-year-old Arsen Ghazaryan and 57-year-old Karine Ghazaryan—were taken to the Vanadzor medical center with various injuries.

H. Gabrielyan and two of his passengers, 38-year-old Tehmine Gabrielyan and 16-year-old Anna G. and 15-year-old Liana G. from Urut village, were also transferred to the mentioned medical facility.

At around 22:40, Anahit Ghazanchyan, who was admitted to the Vanadzor medical center, passed away.
