Collision of Opel and ВАЗ 21150 in Gegharkunik Region Results in 5 Injured

A major traffic accident occurred in the Gegharkunik region today. Around 2:00 AM, a collision took place on the 36.6 km section of the Sevan-Martuni-Getap highway involving a ВАЗ 21150 driven by 43-year-old Garik Hovsepyan and an Opel driven by 25-year-old Arman Mkrtchyan, as reported by Shamshyan.com.
As a result of the accident, both drivers were transported to the 'Gavar' medical center, while Arman Mkrtchyan’s passengers, residents of Gegharkunik region—66-year-old Vahram Mkrtchyan, 50-year-old Narine Midoian, and 58-year-old Hovik Midoian—were taken to the 'Martuni' medical center with injuries.
Investigations are currently underway regarding the incident.
