Azerbaijani Wounded by Mine Explosion in Agna
On April 17, in the Agna region of Artsakh, which is under Azerbaijani control, an Azerbaijani citizen detonated a mine, resulting in the amputation of his left leg, according to reports by Azerbaijani media citing the country's Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It has been noted that Guliyev has been hospitalized and is under medical supervision.
In relation to this incident, the head of the press service of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that "considering the possibility of such cases, citizens should not bypass the checkpoints without permission or visit areas that have not yet been completely cleared of mines."
