Based on Gevorg Kostanyan's Application, the Constitutional Court Decided to Terminate the Case Proceedings

Based on the application of former Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan, the Constitutional Court of Armenia has decided to terminate the case proceedings concerning the compliance of Articles 135 (Part 1), 202 (Part 1), 259 (Part 2), and 394 (Part 2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, as well as Parts 2 and 3 of Article 308 and Part 3 of Article 75 of the Criminal Code with the Constitution. This information was reported by the Constitutional Court.

The decision will be published on the Constitutional Court's website within three days.
