VIDEO: Police Prevent Minister Mesrop Arkakelyan from Entering Parliament via Baghramyan Avenue Entrance
Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mesrop Arkakelyan attempted to enter the National Assembly via the Baghramyan Avenue entrance today, April 14, but was stopped by police who directed him towards the entrance on Demirchyan Street.
Protesters gathered there yelled accusations of betrayal and land selling as he approached.
The minister declined to answer reporters' questions, stating, "I do not wish to respond to your questions; I am going to the parliamentary session."
Meanwhile, journalists were walking alongside him, asking various questions, but they went unanswered.
It is noteworthy that a session for questions to the government has begun in the National Assembly.
