VIDEO: Muradov Claims Population is Being Misled About Empty Airplane from Baku

Today, a reporter from Hraparak met with the commander of the Russian peacekeeping brigade in Artsakh, Rustam Muradov, at the Radisson Blu hotel. The site reported that Muradov was scheduled to meet with Nikol Pashinyan at 12:20 PM from that hotel.

The reporter asked him why Armenian officials announced yesterday that prisoners would be returning, yet they did not come back. "It was a false provocation. They are misleading the population," Muradov replied.

According to Muradov, there was no plan for a prisoner return; it was merely a routine working visit. The site reports that Muradov's security team did not allow filming, which is why the video is only available in audio form. "Our operator was threatened and had the camera thrown to the ground," the site wrote.
