Tragic Accident in Ararat Province: 22-Year-Old Driver Dies

On April 12, a tragic car accident occurred in Ararat Province. Around 2:00 PM, 22-year-old Aram Davtyan, a resident of Yerevan, lost control of his Ford Transit vehicle in the administrative area of Marmarashen village for still unknown reasons, veering off the roadway and crashing into the wall of a building, before subsequently striking a gas pipeline support.

According to information provided by shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, driver A. Davtyan succumbed to his injuries while being transported to the hospital.

In connection to this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of Article 242 of the Criminal Code by the decision of N. Badalyan. By the investigator’s order, the vehicle will be towed to a designated area maintained by the Masis division of the police.
