Cassette Bomb Fired from 'Smerch' Found Near Residential Buildings in Stepanakert

A cassette bomb fired from the 'Smerch' rocket system has been found near residential buildings in the Bryusov neighborhood of Stepanakert, reports the Artsakh Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Bomb disposal experts will deactivate it on-site shortly. The Ministry of Emergency Situations warns that although the sound of the explosion will not be loud, residents are advised not to panic if they hear it.
