1,009 New Coronavirus Cases and 23 Deaths Confirmed in Armenia

As of April 10, Armenia has reported 1,009 new cases of coronavirus infection, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 202,167. According to the Armenian Ministry of Health's National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 23 citizens have died from the virus in one day, raising the total number of deaths to 3,720.

Additionally, there have been 8 cases of death due to other illnesses among patients infected with the coronavirus within the same day. As of April 10, the cumulative number of these death cases stands at 952. In total, 31 people died in one day, and the overall death toll has reached 4,672.

On a positive note, 1,020 individuals have recovered from the virus in a single day, with the total number of recoveries now at 181,180. Currently, 16,315 individuals are receiving treatment, with a decrease of 42 patients in one day.

Furthermore, 4,829 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours, leading to a total of 899,290 tests carried out to date.
