Arsen Ghukasian, a relative of a missing person, has just announced in a Facebook live stream that the parents of soldiers have spent the entire night near the Ministry of Defense building.

An invitation was extended by the Chief of Staff for a few people to meet, but the attendees wanted him to come closer, even just beyond the fence. By the way, early in the morning, I can’t say who it was, but it definitely was Vagarshak. A helicopter came and landed here, loaded up – and left,” Ghukasian said in his speech.
