Video: Did Our Grandfathers All Return in May '45? Government Representative to Soldiers' Parents

Parents of conscripted soldiers continue their protest in front of the government on April 2. They demand the early discharge of their sons, who participated in the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War, citing their need for physical and psychological assistance. This was reported by iravaban.net.

The parents have refused to enter the government building to receive a response from the Prime Minister. They are not opposed to the Prime Minister's assistant coming out to communicate the decision to them.

Alexander Ghazaryan, head of the Citizens' Reception and Requests Discussion Department, came out of the government and noted that 25-30 parents could enter to speak.

In response to a question from one parent about why he should not see his son who went through the war, Alexander Ghazaryan replied, “Did our grandfathers all return in May '45?”
