During a meeting held in Martuni, the President of Artsakh refuted rumors regarding a shadow agreement. He declared that the Red Market has been and will remain under the control of Artsakh. According to Arayik Harutyunyan, the misinformation is being spread by political figures in Armenia who are struggling with self-validation.

Arayik Harutyunyan (President of Artsakh) - "With a false patriotic agenda, they are trying to accuse us of preparing to make some deals for certain purposes. First of all, I want to mention, to ask these false patriots, where were they when the Red Market was under threat for over 15 days, and every single moment the opponent was trying to seize the Red Market from us?"

A construction project is starting in a border village for more than 150 apartments, after which displaced families will settle here.

Arayik Harutyunyan - "And these people accuse us of preparing to give up the Red Market. One has to be ignorant not to understand that if we are building, how can we be giving it up? We are going to construct more than 150 apartments. And, in general, I want to emphasize that there will be no shadow agreement at any stage. We have a clear agenda."

Arayik Harutyunyan announced that the agenda includes the international recognition of Artsakh's independence and the political struggle for the territory of the former autonomous region at this stage.
