Shooting in Istanbul: Citizens of Azerbaijan and Russia Among the Dead

Today, a shooting took place in the Başakşehir district of Istanbul. Two people have died: a citizen of Azerbaijan and a Chechen-origin citizen of Russia. Three Chechens have been arrested in connection with the incident. A search has been announced for a fourth participant in the shooting.
