Robert Kocharian on Komandos
I express my condolences to the relatives and close friends of Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan, as well as his comrades-in-arms. This was stated in a release by Armenia's second President Robert Kocharian.
“His role in the establishment of the Armenian Army and our victories in the Nagorno-Karabakh war is invaluable. It is our duty to forever preserve the memory of this remarkable individual,” the statement reads.
