Who is Ruben Margaryan, the Armenian honored by Putin
Ruben Valerievich Margaryan, the head of the free legal aid center associated with the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church's Russia and New Nakhichevan Diocese, has been awarded the Medal for Services to the Fatherland, 2nd class. The relevant decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Margaryan was awarded the medal for his professional achievements and long-standing diligent work.
