Russian Emergency Situations Ministry Helicopter Crashes in Kaliningrad, 2 Crew Members Dead

A helicopter belonging to the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) crashed in the Kaliningrad region, according to reports from TASS. The Ka-32 helicopter fell into the sandy area of the Kursk Bay.
