Pashinyan Makes New Appointment

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a new decision today, March 26, stating that, “Guided by Article 10, part 16, and Article 16, part 1 of the Law on Civil Service of the Republic of Armenia, and based on points 147 and 151 of the Government decision N 1554-N of December 27, 2018, to appoint Arthur Sureni Mkrtchyan as the Chief Secretary of the Ararat Regional Administration of the Republic of Armenia.”
