Man Tied Dog to Car and Dragged It: Investigation Underway

On March 25, information was received by the Hrazdan police regarding a resident of the Kojor neighborhood of Hrazdan city demonstrating cruel behavior towards an animal. As a result of the measures taken, the individual's identity was established. He presented himself at the Hrazdan police station following explanatory work by the officers and provided a statement.

According to the man's explanation, around 1:00 PM, he struck a stray dog that had attacked him and his family members with stones, killing it. Believing that the dog was dead, he tied it to his Mercedes vehicle and dragged it away, leaving it in a field.

An investigation is underway.
