Artsakh Police to Investigate Azerbaijani Stoning of Armenian Vehicles
The Artsakh Prosecutor's Office has forwarded reports regarding the stoning of Armenian vehicles to the police for discussion in accordance with the procedures established by criminal procedure legislation.
This was announced by the Artsakh Prosecutor's Office.
“On March 25 of this year, information was published in mass media stating that on the same day around 15:30, Azerbaijani individuals hurled stones at Armenian vehicles on the Red Market-Stepanakert road. The first vehicle was not hit by any stones, but the driver narrowly avoided flipping the vehicle, while the second one sustained damage.
Considering that the aforementioned publications reportedly contain information indicating an alleged criminal act of willful destruction or damage to property, the Prosecutor's Office has sent the publication to the police for discussion in accordance with the procedures established by criminal procedure legislation,” reported the Artsakh Prosecutor's Office.
