President Signs New Legislation

On March 24, the President of the Republic signed a package of laws aimed at amending and supplementing the Law on Bankruptcy, the constitutional law on the Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia, changes to the Law on Operational-Search Activities, and amendments to the Law on Seizure of Assets of Illegal Origin. The laws included in this package regulate the relationships associated with the confiscation of property of illegal origin and bankruptcy proceedings.
