Insulting Statements Made: Artak Minasyan to Petros Ghazaryan
“You closed Baghramyan, the authorities did not interfere with you, you held actions, performances, and barbecue concerts there... Now you have decided to open Baghramyan again. Can we say this was a minor defeat?” asked journalist Petros Ghazaryan to member of the ARF Bureau Artak Minasyan during the live broadcast on Public Television.
At the beginning of the show, Minasyan deemed some of Ghazaryan’s statements as insulting. “You have tried several times in your speech to say insulting things—barbecue, fun, joy... You are making some statements ...” said Minasyan.
In response, Ghazaryan stated, “I did not say fun, I said barbecue, concert, performance.” Minasyan, countering the host, presented the essence of the actions of the “Homeland Salvation Movement.”
