Two Earthquakes Recorded in Azerbaijan
A 3.3 magnitude earthquake has been registered in the Shemakhi region of Azerbaijan, according to the country's seismic service's republican center.
The subterranean tremors occurred at 15:27 local time (UTC 11:27). The epicenter of the earthquake was located 22 kilometers away from the Gobustan station in the Shemakhi region and was at a depth of eight kilometers.
A second earthquake, measuring 3 on the Richter scale, occurred at 16:40 local time in the same Shemakhi region, 27 kilometers west of the Gobustan station, at a depth of six kilometers.
