Make Sure You're Talking to Your Friend: Citizens Report

Citizens are reporting on Facebook cases of money extortion through identity theft. The Personal Data Protection Agency informs about this:
“Imposters have created pages identical to a user's page and are sending messages with such content to their real friends. When receiving suspicious messages of this nature from friends, ensure through other means of communication that you are indeed speaking with your friend,” the agency reports.
