Fog and Closed Roads: What is the Condition of Armenia's Highways

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of Armenia's Road Department informs that as of March 23, at 09:30, there is fog on the roads of Ijevan and Berd regions, with visibility between 80-100 meters.

The Tutjurs-Navur road is closed to all types of vehicles.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed for vehicles with trailers, while other vehicles can pass with difficulty.

The other interstate and republican roads remain open.

Road construction teams are conducting cleaning and treatment operations with salt and sand on the roads.

To avoid accidents, incidents, and traffic jams, drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
