Lavrov Has Arrived in China

Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in the Chinese city of Guilin. It is expected that on Tuesday he will hold talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

The ministers are set to discuss issues related to the strategic cooperation between the two countries and high-level contacts. Ahead of Lavrov's visit, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that in addition to bilateral issues, the ministers will address a range of aspects concerning the coordination of actions between the two countries during the pandemic and ways to overcome the difficulties it has caused.
