I Propose Adding a New Sub-Rank of 'General K..lan' to Military Titles

I believe that the recent events surrounding the position of the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia have further fueled doubts about how the Armenian Army, which guarantees the external security of Armenia and Artsakh, has failed to appropriately maintain and defend Artsakh against internal and external enemies of the state. This is noted by Hero of Artsakh Arshavir Gharamyan on his Facebook page.

“I think the recent events regarding the position of the Chief of the General Staff came to reinforce the doubts about how the Armenian Army, which guarantees the external security of Armenia and Artsakh through a powerful general staff that possesses significant levers to combat the state's internal and external enemies, has failed to properly keep and defend Artsakh, and now stands idly by watching the disgraceful process of the surrender of the Homeland, inch by inch.”

P.S. 1 I propose adding a new general sub-rank titled 'General K..lan' among the high military ranks of the Armed Forces of Armenia.

P.S. 2 By the way, according to rumors, during the April 2016 war, this title was awarded to one of the acting generals by the personnel of the N Defense Area of the Armenian Armed Forces.
