How Much Money Was Spent in Regions and Yerevan in 2016 and 2019: NSS Data

The National Statistical Committee of Armenia has presented the nominal consumer expenditures per capita of households by regions and the city of Yerevan. 24news provides this data for the years 2016-2019.

In Yerevan, the per capita consumer expenditure of households in 2016 was 55,428 drams, while in 2019 it increased to 59,986 drams.

In Aragatsotn, this figure decreased from 37,615 drams in 2016 to 31,707 drams in 2019. In Ararat Province, the expenditures were as follows: 48,491 drams in 2016 and 45,282 drams in 2019.

In Armavir, nominal consumer expenditure per capita increased from 35,689 drams in 2016 to 46,951 drams in 2019. In Gegharkunik Province, it was 36,556 drams in 2016 and decreased to 28,646 drams in 2019.

In Lori, the recorded expenditures rose from 37,969 drams in 2016 to 42,001 drams in 2019. In Kotayk, the figures were 40,187 drams in 2016 and 39,495 drams in 2019.

In Shirak Province, expenditures in 2016 were 33,931 drams, while in 2019 they dropped to 31,665 drams. In Syunik, per capita expenditures increased from 36,972 drams in 2016 to 51,345 drams in 2019.

In Vayots Dzor, the expenditures increased from 39,070 drams in 2016 to 59,023 drams in 2019 per capita. In Tavush, the figures were 31,719 drams in 2016 and 51,802 drams in 2019.
