Aliyev Publicly Threatens to Annul the Tripartite Statement Signed on November 9: Senor Hasratyan
The former head of the Artsakh Armed Forces’ Information and Public Relations Department, Senor Hasratyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "...The President of Azerbaijan, for various reasons, publicly threatens to annul the tripartite statement signed on November 9, 2020, with Russia and Armenia... It is clear that this is not without Turkey's knowledge... At the same time, the Ukrainian army is concentrating significant forces and resources along the front lines adjacent to Donbas, including Turkish-made military equipment... Turkey, like the United States and Europe, continues to accuse Russia of the annexation of Crimea... Combining this with several other facts, it becomes evident that the likelihood of another large-scale confrontation in the Black Sea and Caucasus regions is very high... It is interesting to see what steps the Armenian authorities are taking in this context of geopolitical developments, aside from bypassing the law by reappointing the same individual as Chief of Staff for a second time. Are they considering or planning any actions to ensure that once again, at a fateful moment, they are held guilty and accountable to their own people or to neighboring Russia and Europe..."
