One Person Detained on Suspicion of Vandalism on Baghramyan Avenue

One person has been detained on suspicion of vandalism early in the morning on Baghramyan Avenue. This was reported to Tert.am by the head of the Media Relations Department of the RA Police, Zarzand Gabrielian.

Gabrielian stated that the detained individual is currently at the Arabkir police station.

It is worth noting that human rights defender Arsen Babayan wrote on his Facebook page that he has clarified the details surrounding the detention of Emil Karleny Sargsyan, a citizen of the Vardenis community, and pointed out that the police have committed illegal actions, specifically the unlawful restriction of the person's right to freedom.
