VIDEO: 'Whoever Says Anything, Is' – Putin Responds to Biden's Insults

Russian President Vladimir Putin has responded to statements made by US President Joe Biden regarding him. Putin wished his American counterpart good health, as reported by TASS.

Earlier, Biden stated in an interview with ABC News that Putin would pay for interfering in the American presidential elections, and he positively answered when asked if he considers Putin a killer.

“As for my American colleague's statements, what would I say to him? I would tell him, 'Be healthy.' I wish him good health,” Putin said, emphasizing that he is doing this without irony.

According to the Russian president, when criticizing others, one seems to be looking in the mirror. “In the history of every nation, every state, there are many heavy, dramatic, and bloody events. However, when we evaluate others or even when we assess other states and peoples, we always seem to be looking in the mirror; we always see ourselves there because we attribute to others what we breathe, which is our essence,” he stated.

He also commented on Biden's words by recalling the childhood habit of mocking each other: “I remember when we were little, when we argued with each other, we would say this: 'Whoever says anything, is.' It's not accidental; it’s not just a childish saying or a joke; its meaning is very profound, psychological. We always see our own qualities in others and think that they are just like us, and based on that, we evaluate their actions,” Putin emphasized.

The President of Russia also stated that in relations with Washington, Moscow will rely on honest and law-abiding Americans.
