Exclusive Footage: How Hakob Arshakyan Assaults a Journalist, Damaging His Computer
An online video has emerged showing how the Minister of High-Tech Industry, Hakob Arshakyan, attacks journalist Paylak Fahradyan, hitting him several times in the face and damaging his computer.
According to information circulating online, the journalist simply asked Arshakyan a question about why he was in a cafe during work hours, after which he became a victim of the assault.
