Tigran Avinyan is the Vice Prime Minister of the Western Soros team, and in this field, as a fish feels in water, so does Ter-Petrosyan: 'Iravunk'

According to the 'Iravunk' newspaper, 'Before the war, the first President of the Republic of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, seemed to be preparing to replace Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan with Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan. Furthermore, when everyone criticized the government's inability to combat the coronavirus, Ter-Petrosyan praised Avinyan, who had been appointed as the emergency situation commissioner, which made sense. After all, Avinyan is the heart of the Western Soros team, and in this arena, Ter-Petrosyan feels just as comfortable as a fish in water.

However, the situation has changed. In his latest statement, the first president directly indicated that the only way forward that benefits the state, the people, and also Nikol Pashinyan personally is for him to resign urgently and voluntarily, while ensuring the legal guarantees of immunity by the National Assembly, even temporarily, to seek refuge abroad. 'In this case, the responsibilities of the president should be transferred to a non-partisan deputy prime minister, who, due to his neutrality, will be able to ensure fair elections,' claims Ter-Petrosyan.

Essentially, the non-partisan deputy prime minister is Mher Grigoryan, and the reason he has become the temporary candidate for president by the first President of Armenia is explained in the political backstage of the Armenian National Congress. It turns out that Ter-Petrosyan still has a major task to prove to Russia that not only is Nikol Pashinyan not his political protégé, but also that he is not the 'conductor' of anti-Russian sentiment in Armenia. Therefore, he is trying to win over Russia and also shows with this step that he will not obstruct the Russian plans but will support them.

It is worth reminding that after the 44-day war, a tripartite working group was established at the suggestion of Russian President Putin to implement the agreements gained by the well-known trilateral declaration signed on November 9. This group has been formed and functioning since the end of January this year, and the Armenian side is chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan. Essentially, to fully implement it, all that is needed is for Mher Grigoryan to remain in his position, and Pashinyan is no longer needed by Russia. Ter-Petrosyan also didn't need him since November 9 when he initiated what he had been talking about for years.'
