A Plea Against a New War: Azerbaijanis Mock Armenians Following Azoyan's Statement

According to information circulated on the internet, since yesterday, Azerbaijani social media and news outlets have been enthusiastically sharing actor Hovhannes Azoyan's compliment to the President of Azerbaijan.

“Following his comment, Azerbaijanis are mocking, saying that 'after the defeat, Armenians have gotten smart,' and 'they are afraid we might capture Yerevan too, that's why they are pleading for a new war not to happen.'

Meanwhile, within the Armenian social media space, Azoyan is being insulted for denying the blood of the victims and praising someone who tortures our brothers in Baku's prisons.

It is worth recalling that he wrote in the comments of a video published on Mehriban Aliyeva's page: 'I finally see peace on Mr. Aliyev's face. Peace to the world. May there never be a war again.'
