But wars do not start only with exercises. The army always performs its duties, and today our army is also conducting exercises; that is part of the daily life of the military. It is a more global issue of study: does the exercise correspond to the tasks set before the political leadership or not, have they received such a task, or not? Are they bringing the army to a complete level of combat readiness under the pretext of the exercises or not?

- To be honest, I do not know how much they are reducing, but that is a foolish statement; do not believe it. This should be viewed in the context of the state budget, as the military budget is formed with respect to the GDP of the state. If the GDP has decreased, the military budget has naturally decreased by that amount as well.
