Tragic Accident in Lori Province: 23-Year-Old Police Officer Dies on the Spot

On March 14, a tragic car accident occurred in Lori Province, as reported by SHAMSHYAN.com. At around 21:50, 23-year-old Artur Vahradyan, a resident of Stepanavan, overturned his Toyota Camry in the administrative territory of the village of Lejan on the Stepanavan-Loriberd highway under still unknown circumstances.

As a result of the accident, driver A. Vahradyan died on the spot, while three others were taken to the Stepanavan Medical Center with bodily injuries.

Civilians were the first to provide assistance to the injured before rescuers arrived at the scene.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 242, Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code.

The police and investigative department are working to identify the injured individuals.

According to G. Shamshyan's information, the deceased was a police officer, and the injured are his family members.
