According to the contract, the company is obligated to implement the unified information system for pension accounting and its subsystems, including one-off benefits for childbirth, maternal benefits, care benefits, workbooks, and the unified system for accounting pensioners from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Artsakh, along with the operational exploitation and upgrading of the Artsakh Armed Forces. In other words, a unified platform will be created.
“We tried to clarify how many employees the company has signed a contract worth 50 million drams with the Social Security Service led by Mesrop Arakelyan. It became clear that the 'Soldiers' Insurance' fund receives a mandatory payment of only 1000 drams each month from this company, meaning for one employee, and that one employee is the director, Gagik Aleksanyan,” the source writes.
